How does Fotona SmoothEye work?
- SmoothEye uses the Fotona Er:YAG laser in a non-ablative, gentle mode.

- Come with clean skin, no eye makeup, creams, or SPF around the eyes.

Fotona SmoothEye aftercare
Immediately after treatment:
- Monitor for side effects: Some women and men may experience side effects after starting HRT, including breast tenderness, headaches, bloating, or spotting (in women). These side effects are often temporary.
- Keep track of symptoms: Make a note of any changes in your symptoms, either improvements or new side effects, and share them with your healthcare provider during follow-up visits.
First 24 hours after treatment:
- No eye makeup or skincare around the treated area.
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, or intense workouts.
- Use a gentle, hydrating eye cream if your provider says it’s okay.
- Sleep with your head elevated to reduce swelling, if needed.
SmoothEye before and after
- Immediate tightness and smoothness may be felt.
- Noticeable lifting and wrinkle reduction typically show after 2–3 sessions.
- Collagen continues to rebuild over 2–3 months for ongoing improvement.
Best results: 3–4 sessions, followed by maintenance every 6–12 months.
